va8 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the va8 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on va8.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's Account, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or cashback amounts added to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited funds held in an Account that are free from any wagering requirement and are withdrawable subject to applicable identity verification procedures.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before it can be converted into withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which the Platform operates.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the va8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. va8 does not permit players under 21 to register or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person or as a corporate entity is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date thereafter.
• You must not already hold an existing va8 Account. Each individual may hold only one Account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded from the va8 Platform or from gambling services generally under any applicable self-exclusion programme.
• You must ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using va8.

va8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. va8 staff will never ask you to disclose your password or any one-time password (OTP) through any communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

You agree to notify va8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. va8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified va8 of a security breach.

va8 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. If it is determined that a player holds more than one Account, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided and any deposits held pending review.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the va8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). va8 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200; processing typically instantaneous.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200; processing typically instantaneous.
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳200; processing within a few minutes.
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳200; processing within a few minutes.
• Bank Transfer — supported for Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks; processing times vary by institution.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless va8's compliance team determines otherwise for security or verification reasons. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in va8's current payment processing schedule, which may be updated from time to time.

va8 does not accept payments from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the va8 Account holder. va8 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder and to close the Account pending investigation.

va8 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, and va8 bears no responsibility for any such charges.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

va8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds or game restrictions, expiry periods, and eligible payment methods.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that expire unmet are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's Account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• va8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player claiming it. Once a bonus has been claimed and credited, its terms remain in effect for that player.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus conditions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any form of bonus arbitrage — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

va8 is committed to transparent bonus terms. The full conditions of any promotion are presented to the player before they opt in. va8 does not alter bonus terms retroactively after a player has claimed a promotion.

6. Gameplay, Fair Play, and Prohibited Conduct

All games available on the va8 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer studios operated by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others. va8 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Players are expected to engage with the Platform in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with sports betting markets offered on va8.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software malfunction are void and will be reversed.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your true location or identity in a manner that circumvents va8's access controls or compliance procedures.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage, including during registration, identity verification, or when contacting customer support.

Where va8 reasonably suspects a breach of this clause, va8 may immediately suspend the Account pending investigation, void affected bets or winnings, and permanently close the Account if the investigation confirms a breach. va8's determination in such matters is final.

7. Responsible Gaming

va8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. va8 provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from account settings with no processing delay:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — receive notifications after a set duration of play and optionally be logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen reminders of your current session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the va8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the property of va8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of va8. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of content from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, va8 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any games, even if va8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

va8 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and events beyond va8's reasonable control may periodically affect Platform availability. va8 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such circumstances but cannot guarantee specific uptime levels.

Nothing in this clause limits va8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your va8 Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance review.

va8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at va8 staff or other players.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
• Where required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

In cases where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of this Agreement, va8 reserves the right to retain any Balance pending a full investigation and to void any winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

va8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. va8 uses SSL encryption to protect all data in transit between your device and va8 servers.

va8 does not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

va8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, va8 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their Account or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through va8's internal complaints process should be directed to va8 customer support at [email protected] in the first instance. va8 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.

va8's internal complaints resolution is the appropriate first step for any dispute. Players are encouraged to contact support before escalating any matter. va8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
